We’re exploring the launch of a local Mental Wellbeing Club a supportive, in-person space designed to help people feel more grounded, informed, and connected.
This is not therapy or group counselling.
There’s no diagnosis, no pressure to share, and no need to be in crisis to attend.
Right now, we’re simply creating a waitlist to understand interest and help shape the first sessions.
The Mental Wellbeing Club is nervous-system-led space facilitated by a certified Mental Wellbeing Practitioners who are Trauma Informed Coaches.
Each session gently includes:
Time to arrive and settle
Practical nervous system tools for everyday stress
Optional connection with others, at your own pace
The focus is on safety, regulation, and capacity not fixing people or analysing the past.
This may be for you if you:
- Feel overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected
- Want practical tools, not just conversation
- Are waiting for support elsewhere and need something accessible now
- Prefer calm, respectful, community-based spaces
- Want preventative support rather than crisis intervention
This space is to help people feel:

- More capable of coping
- Less alone
